THE FLORALS

Parfum Jasmin Eau de Parfum Jasmine (Jasmine) : Yuri Gutsatz imagined a luxuriant bouquet composed of Carnation also called French Marigold, enhanced by a splendid flowery core of Sclaree Sage, Ylang Ylang and Coriander dominated by the absolute essence of Jasmine (Jasminum Grandiflorum), imported directly from India.

This rare and elegant fragrance is one of the first perfumes that were created for Le Jardin Retrouvé, and also one of the most appreciated among Le Jardin Retrouvé's "floral" perfumes.

Parfum Lys Eau de Parfum Lys : It is with great pleasure that we present our Eau de Parfum Lys (Lily), an exclusive creation by Yuri Gutsatz.

Like all our perfumes, creating the Eau de Parfum Lys (Lily) was a return to the sources of perfumery with scents that are simple and natural.

Commencing with notes of Bergamot and St. John's Wort, the flowery and zesty core develops, followed by a harmony composed of Vanilla and Oak Moss.

These various harmonies of head notes and core notes enrobe this beautiful white flower, helping to draw out and enhance its perfume.

Parfum Cèvrefeuille Eau de Parfum Chèvrefeuille (Honeysuckle) : The perfume of the honeysuckle blossom, so captivating during the flowering period, can neither be captured by vapour distillation, nor extracted with volatile solvents. The Chevrefeuille (Honeysuckle) Eau de Parfum is therefore a purely imaginary reconstruction by the Perfumer where his know-how translates his perception of the flower's perfume, using various other essences in order to resemble, as closely as possible, the suave and heady perfume of the flower.

In Le Jardin Retrouvé's Eau de Parfum Chèvrefeuille (Honeysuckle), the head notes are enhanced with a fresh opening note of Italian Lemon and St. John's Wort from Paraguay, to develop into a fresh floral bouquet.

Parfum Rose Thé Eau de Parfum Rose Thé (Tearose) : Mysterious, majestic and sweet at the same time, the fragrance of the tearose is probably the best-known of the numerous floral perfumes in the world.

The Eau de Parfum Rose Thé (Tearose) thus finds a place quite naturally in Le Jardin Retrouvé's collection of original fragrances with its characteristic head-note that is green and strong and a base note reinforced by the presence of musk and slightly wood-like tones.

Parfum Tubéreuse Eau de Parfum Tubéreuse (Tuberose) : The Tubereuse (Tuberose) is a lovely oriental flower with a heady and betwitching perfume.

The Tuberose (Polianthes Tuberosa) originates in Mexico and India. Belonging to the Amarydillacae species, this flower was introduced into southern France by monks towards the middle of the 17th century and planted in Beaugencier.

This warm, strong and penetrating fragrance caused the Tuberose to be classified among the voluptuous, and even heady, fragrances. A skilful dosage of Indian Tuberose Absolute in the composition of this perfume from Le Jardin Retrouvé turns it into a wonderfully rich and long-lasting fragrance.

Parfum Verveine Eau de Parfum Verveine Céleste (Heavenly Verbena) : The essence of the Verbena from Provence (France) with its slightly green and tart smell, fresh and lemony, is obtained by distillation of Verbena leaves, although the output is rather limited.

To enhance the Verbena note, Yuri Gutsatz imagined adding a whole bouquet of plants and herbs from Provence.

This note develops and leaves a rich and complex harmony of Geranium, Sage, Thyme, Lavender and Neroli on the skin. This unique Eau de Parfum evokes the freshness of the scents from the South of France, made long-lasting by the addition of woodsy notes like Sandalwood and Vetyver.
